I have been practicing yoga since my youth and completed my training as a Certified Teacher for Yoga and Meditation in 2018. Since then, I have been regularly teaching classes and have gained extensive experience in various yoga styles (such as Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, etc.) and meditation techniques. I am thrilled to now offer yoga for our guests as well as for locals here in Berwang.
