I have been practicing yoga since my youth and completed my certification as a yoga and meditation instructor in 2018. Since then, I have regularly taught classes and gained extensive experience in teaching various yoga styles and meditation techniques. I am now excited to offer yoga for our guests as well as locals here in Berwang.
