Pets
Pets are warmly welcome here; however, they are not permitted in all apartments. Please let us know if you are traveling with a four-legged friend so that we can select the perfect apartment for you.
The fee for a dog is 20 euros per night.
Deposit
We would like to inform you that a damage deposit of 500 euros must be paid via bank transfer prior to arrival. This deposit will, of course, be fully refunded to you within 7 days after departure, provided no damages are found in the apartment.
It is also possible to make the deposit via PayPal or in cash upon request. Thank you for your understanding.
Amenities
Bedding and towels are provided and included in the price.
Towel changes are included for stays longer than one week; otherwise, they can be arranged at an additional cost at any time.
Sauna towels and bathrobes are available on-site for a fee.
Filter coffee machine with filters and coffee grounds is available.
Dish soap and dishwasher tabs are provided.
A washing machine, laundry detergent, and clothes drying rack are available for general use; the fee for a wash is 9.00 euros.
Check-in - Check-out
Check-in from 3 PM - open 24 hours
Depending on availability, an earlier check-in is often possible.
If you arrive very late, we offer a "24-hour check-in" with access code.
Check-out by 10 AM
We appreciate your punctual check-out to prepare the rooms for the next guests.
Depending on availability, we also offer the option of a late check-out for an additional fee.
Cancellation policy
Our cancellation policy is based on Austrian hotel guidelines:
More than 3 months before arrival: no cancellation fees
3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the total price
1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the total price
In the last week before arrival: 90% of the total price
We recommend taking a travel cancellation insurance. This can be easily arranged by booking directly via our website.
